Return Policy

We want you and your furkid to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work at Furkiddoz India.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition for Returns

Item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that are worn, washed, damaged (other than a defect present on arrival), or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Start a Return

Email us at furkiddozindia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will confirm your return and share the next steps, including the return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to offer an exchange within the 7-day return window, subject to availability. If the item you'd like is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund's approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at furkiddozindia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
